Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager ready for a fresh new challenge to elevate your career in a fast-paced, friendly and positive passenger car dealership?
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to lead and further develop a high-performing Aftersales business, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service excellence and driving success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspire a team of over 30 professionals across the Service and Parts departments, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Performance-Driven Approach: Set, manage, and exceed performance targets, ensuring both departmental and individual success in line with business objectives
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to boost efficiency and profitability
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and excellence in customer service
- Ensure that all processes and procedures align with the company’s high standards and industry best practices
- Report directly to the General Manager, taking full P&L responsibility for the Aftersales division and contributing to the overall business strategy
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in Aftersales management, currently working with a successful passenger car dealership
- Leadership experience in managing large, diverse teams, with the ability to motivate and achieve exceptional performance
- Strong organisational skills, adept at leading by example with excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience
