An Aftersales Manager required for a state-of-the-art facility representing a versatile and premium brand with big ambitions for the future.

Offering you the best of both worlds; they are a family owned business so you will have full autonomy to run the business as you see fit and getting decisions from above is straight forward. In addition, they have a number of people working for them that have come from large PLC environments so they are very structured and process driven.

The Company

This company are very well regarded in the eyes of the manufacturers they represent. They have piloted many new schemes which have subsequently been rolled out successfully across the network. As well as this, they are always within the Top 25 on the Business Score Card.

Despite their continued achievements and successes, they have a very modest, humble and honest style.

The Requirements

For this role, you must have experience working in a service or aftersales facility as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.

You will also need to have a proven stable background that shows resilience and persistence in any given situation.

Salary and Benefits

You will be put onto a basic salary of £48,000 – £55,000, with a realistic OTE of £65,000. You will also be given a company vehicle as well as many other benefits, including additional holiday days, health care as well as many more.

The working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, Saturday’s are not a requirement as they have implemented a no weekend working policy for all aftersales staff.
