Role Details
We are recruiting for an Aftersales Manager to work with a down to earth, supportive, and motivational Head of Business. You will be tasked with growing the service and parts departments.
Representing a fantastic brand based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, sits an impressive aftersales operation, in need of your leadership. You lead the team, motivate, inspire, and maximise every opportunity.
The Requirements
For this role, you must have experience working in a service or aftersales facility as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.
You will also need to have a proven stable background that shows resilience and persistence in any given situation.
Salary and Benefits
You will be put onto a basic salary of £36,000 – £38,000, with a realistic OTE of £48,000 – £55,000. You will also be given a company vehicle as well as many other benefits.
The working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, Saturday’s are not a requirement but may be required as cover as and when.
