Job Title: Automotive Brand Manager
Location: Bahrain
Salary: BD 1,600 – BD 1,800 per month plus Bonus and Benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Arabic Speaking Brand Manager to join our premium passenger car dealership in Bahrain. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and aftersales teams, ensuring that the dealership achieves its sales targets and maintains excellent customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales. We are looking for a process-driven individual who can lead a team of 12 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that our dealership runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and aftersales teams
- Ensure the dealership achieves its sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Work closely with the aftersales manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and support to the sales and aftersales teams
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Process-driven
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 staff members
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of BD 1,600 – BD 1,800 per month, a fantastic bonus package based on performance, housing allowance, company car, medical and annual air ticket. The working hours are 8am – 6pm Saturday to Thursday, with alternate Saturday off and 30 days' paid leave.
