Our client is a leading passenger car vehicle manufacturer with regional headquarters based in Dubai. They have an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Support Aftersales Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

  • In conjunction with the Importers, develop an Annual Business Plan, Service & Parts Marketing Plan and operational measures to improve their business and process performance.
  • Effectively manage customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality processes and implementation of Service & Parts strategies, policies and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor and review Importer Service & Parts performance and develop risk measures.
  • Undertake market analysis and propose recommendations to maximise market potential.
  • Primarily focussed on customer satisfaction within the service area
  • Determination of the standards and framework conditions for individual sales promotion and approval of overarching measures.
  • Support the Importer with escalated customer, warranty, parts and service issues.

Our ideal candidate for the Customer Support Aftersales Manager position should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any other related field is essential.
  • A Master's degree in a related field is desirable.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar position with a passenger car manufacturer (OEM).

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and manufacturers.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflict.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

A highly competitive tax-free package includes a salary of AED 36,000 per month (£93,600 per annum), an annual variable performance-based bonus, a company car, a yearly air ticket allowance and comprehensive medical insurance for self and family.
