Are you a dynamic, results-driven fleet sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in commercial fleet operations?

Our client, a highly respected automotive dealerships in Saudi Arabia, is seeking experienced Commercial Fleet Sales Executives to lead and grow its fleet sales in Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh.

The Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, governmental, and institutional clients
  • Lead pricing negotiations, contract management, and tender submissions
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of fleet operations—from procurement and logistics to delivery and aftersales coordination
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and internal departments to meet commercial objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive positioning
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and brand standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial vehicle fleet sales
  • Strong B2B relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles, leasing models, and tender processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the GCC region, especially Saudi Arabia, is preferred but not essential
