This automotive group are very well known for their foresight, proactive approach and flexibility when it comes to their people.
They are now looking for a General Sales Manager to not manage but lead the sales department. This will be based in the Brighton, East Sussex.
The Person
If you are a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager, you class yourself as forward thinking, focused and approachable in nature then this would be suitable for you. They are looking to invest in this person for their future, so are keen to meet with candidates who are wanting to eventually progress further.
The Package
They will be looking to offer a basic salary in the region of £40,000 – £45,000 with an excellent bonus scheme in place, you can take full advantage of. Giving you an OTE between £65,000 – £70,000. Plus company car and other benefits.
