Role Details
We are collaborating with automotive group to recruit a General Sales Manager to not manage but lead the sales department. This automotive group are very well known for their foresight, proactive approach and flexibility when it comes to their people.
It will be managing a small team, with room to expand and grow.
This will be based in the Worthing, West Sussex.
The Person
If you are a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager, you class yourself as forward thinking, focused and approachable in nature then this would be suitable for you. They are looking to invest in this person for their future, so are keen to meet with candidates who are wanting to eventually progress further.
The Package
They will be looking to offer a basic salary in the region of £40,000 – £42,000 with an excellent bonus scheme in place, you can take full advantage of. Giving you an OTE of £60,000. Plus company car and other benefits.
