Our client is recruiting an experienced high energy General Sales Manager to lead their passenger car dealership in Saudi Arabia.
The Ideal Candidate
Current General Sales Manager with responsibility for New & Used Car Sales
Franchised car dealer experience
British/European applicants will be considered
Applicants must have predominantly retail experience, although additional OEM exposure will be an advantage
Financially aware – sales budgets, maintaining margins and delivering P&L results
Stable career path
Strong sales processes
Leadership and motivational skills
Highly energetic
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyse data and assess the market/competition
Excellent employer references are essential
The Package
Tax-free salary package of £60,000 per annum plus performance based incentive scheme, company car, medical assurance and annual flight.
