Group Parts Manager – Multi-Site Responsibility

A leading Automotive dealer group is seeking to appoint an experienced Group Parts Manager to oversee its multi-site parts operation across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

An excellent opportunity for a high-performing automotive parts leader to join a progressive dealer group in a Senior Regional role.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, you will lead the performance of the parts function across multiple franchised dealerships, driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and robust stock control standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of a regional parts operation
  • Drive profitability across workshop, retail, and trade channels
  • Strengthen inventory management and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with senior management to enhance overall aftersales performance
  • Ensure consistent standards, processes, and manufacturer requirements are met
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across the region

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in automotive main dealer Retail and Trade Parts Management, combined with a proven track record of successfully leading multi-site dealership operations, is essential
  • Strong expertise in stock control systems and automotive parts operations
  • Highly developed commercial and operational acumen with strong stock management capability
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and support teams across multiple locations
  • Strong leadership capability with excellent stakeholder management skills
