Role Details
We are partnering with a high-end luxury car brand to recruit a Head of Service for their showroom. You will be managing a large team within an absolutely stunning facility, purpose built to give customers a memorable, impactful and warm experience.
As the Head of Service you will need to come fully equipped with a supportive, meticulous and motivational approach to working with your team. With proven successes you will be balancing the commercial facet of building a business, alongside managing a quality customer experience every time.
Salary and Benefits
You will be put onto a basic salary between £65,000 – £70,000, with a realistic OTE of £90,000+ (uncapped). Plus many other benefits.
More About You
For this role, you must have experience working in a service or aftersales facility as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.
You will also need to have a proven stable background that shows resilience and persistence in any given situation.
