Role Details
Our client, a well-established dealership near Bromley, is seeking an experienced Master/Senior Technician to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great brand where you’ll be part of a friendly and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to high standards
- Providing expert technical advice to customers
- Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and adhering to safety standards
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (minimum requirement)
- Previous experience working in a main dealership is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
The Package:
- Basic salary: £36,000 – £40,000 + £46,000 OTE (uncapped)
