Role Details
We are working closely with a prestigious, high performing dealership. An opportunity has arisen in their Sales department, where they are looking to recruit a MOT Tester to join their immaculate team.
Based near Welwyn Garden City, they are looking for a candidate who can continue to build on their existing success and exceed targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Dealership experience as a MOT Tester / Tyre Fitter (preferably)
- Routinely inspect tools and equipment and assess serviceability to undertake MOT tests
- Repair Tyres in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions
- Adhere to the Health & Safety aspects of the working environment and adhere to guidelines at all times, reporting any defective equipment
- Keep up to date with technical knowledge and understand customers needs and requirements
- Liaising effectively with Service Advisors and the technical team
The Package
Basic salary £28,000 – £33,000 with an excellent bonus structure available!
