The role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service. You will be working in a supportive and friendly environment where your skills and experience will be valued and developed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to high standards
- Liaise with Service Reception and Workshop Control for smooth operations
- Provide technical advice and clear communication to customers
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and product knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and referrals
- Maintain an organised workspace and accurate administration
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
Competitive Salary:
Starting from £31,000 – £38,000, with potential earnings up to £45,000 OTE
