Are you an experienced Automotive Technician looking for your next exciting opportunity to work with a great team in a highly respected dealership? Our client, a leading passenger car dealership located near Perth, Australia, is seeking highly skilled and accredited Technicians to join their aftersales team.
The Role
- Carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Troubleshoot vehicle systems and ensure first-time fix rates
- Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and technical teams to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric models
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a technician within a franchised passenger car dealership; ideally with Japanese, Korean or Chinese brands
- Manufacturer accreditation and strong diagnostic capabilities
- Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is highly desirable
- A team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
