Role Details
Our client seeks a professional National Bodyshop Director to lead and expand a rapidly developing network of bodyshops across Saudi Arabia. This senior appointment carries full responsibility for the growth, performance, and strategic direction of existing operations, together with the establishment of several new, state-of-the-art facilities throughout the Kingdom.
Our Preferred Candidate
The successful candidate will already be managing a minimum of three large bodyshops and will demonstrate strong strategic, managerial, and operational capability. The position calls for an individual with an entrepreneurial outlook, sound commercial judgement, and the capacity to inspire and guide teams through professionalism, integrity, and example.
A proven negotiator, you will possess the skill to collaborate effectively with key insurers and to explore potential joint venture opportunities. A minimum of ten years’ experience in multi-site bodyshop management is essential.
What is on offer
Salary: SR 50,000 – 70,000 per month (£120,000 – £168,000 per annum), commensurate with experience
