We are seeking a dynamic professional who is fluent in Arabic, embraces digital transformation, and has a proven track record in operational and strategic sales leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging technology, including Power BI and artificial intelligence, and utilising social media to enhance engagement and commercial results. This role demands maturity, professionalism, and the ability to inspire a results-driven team.
The Role
- Lead and develop the national sales function, achieving ambitious growth targets across retail, fleet, corporate, and leasing channels
- Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies that harness technology and data insights
- Build and nurture teams, setting standards of professionalism
- Drive digital engagement, including social media initiatives, to strengthen market presence
Who we’re looking for
- A strategic thinker and professional automotive sales expert with at least 5-7 years of national sales leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Arabic and English
- Technologically savvy, comfortable using analytics and digital tools to enhance performance
- Polished, professional, and capable of representing the brand(s) at all levels
Remuneration and Benefits
- Base Salary: USD 8,000 to 9,000 per month, reflecting experience and seniority
- Performance related Bonus structure, Company Car, Accommodation Allowance, Healthcare and Annual Air Ticket
