Join our client and seize the opportunity to work with a renowned automotive brand's regional offices based in the vibrant city of Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Network Development Manager to lead and drive the growth of our client's regional network.
As the Network Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding our client's network by developing strategic plans and executing effective business development strategies. Your strong background in Sales or Aftersales operations, coupled with your exceptional leadership skills, will be key in ensuring the achievement of our client's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client's network in the region
- Identify and analyse market trends and competition, providing insights to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of network development strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to network partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential network partners
- Monitor and report on network performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in management or Business Administration
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales or Aftersales operations, specifically with an OEM
- A current regional manager working with a OEM
- Ability to benchmark and identify best practices, translating insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Salary and Benefits
AED 27,000 per month plus annual bonus, company car, healthcare and annual air ticket
