Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy dealership in Southend! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and keen to provide excellent customer service.
The Role:
- Help customers find the right vehicle parts
- Inform customers about current promotions and offers
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Manage incoming parts, keep accurate records, and assist with stock checks
- Report any damages or discrepancies in stock
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the Automotive sector – Parts
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A full UK driving license
The Package:
- Basic salary: £28,250 with a £36,000 OTE
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm , 1 in every 3 Saturdays 8.30am – 1.00pm
