Role Details
Based in Crawley, West Sussex a position has arisen to join a busy automotive main dealer parts department as the Parts Manager. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Advisors and Drivers to achieve and exceed their targets each month.
Do you have what it takes?
The most important aspect of this role is the people. You will be conducting one to one reviews, monitoring achievements individually and correcting and guiding where necessary. Experience managing a team is desirable, if you are looking for the next step up, they will also consider you.
What can you expect in return?
They will be offering the successful candidate a basic between £34,000 – £36,000. You will also benefit from the bonus scheme they have in place which will give you an OTE of £40,000 plus benefits.
