The Head of Business is looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and driven to achieve success. Someone who will be able to handle a range of enquiries and communicate well with colleagues and customers.
What they need in you
- Maintaining a satisfactory parts service to other dealership departments. · Assisting with any internal or external Sales or Aftersales promotions when required
- Monitoring sales to ensure due emphasis is placed on selling most profitable lines
- Ensuring the sale of all necessary items to support customers' requirements Ensuring stock levels are in accordance with budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Be an effective delegator and share responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working within budgets and to be financially aware
- Supervisory / Management skills
In return for all you hard work, you will receive:
A basic salary between £28,000 – £30,000 (dependent on your experience) with a realistic bonus scheme in place, enabling you to earn an OTE potential of up to £38,000.
