Empower market expansion and transformation as a vital member of our client’s team in Dubai. Your strategic acumen will shape their market presence and growth strategy, forging robust alliances with the retail network across the GCC. You’ll be at the forefront of business plan development, working intimately with select importers to exceed key performance indicators. Your expertise will guide them in refining corrective action plans while vigilantly managing vehicle stock, financial coverage, and production volume. Your meticulous audits and adherence to retail standards will redefine industry excellence.
The Role
- Cultivate strategic business plans and KPIs with import partners.
- Oversee vehicle stock, financials, and production coordination.
- Conduct rigorous stock and documentation audits, ensuring impeccable retail standards.
- Analyse competitive pricing, market shifts, and forecast accuracy.
- Champion Dealer Development initiatives, including facility enhancement projects.
- Elevate the competence centre’s strategic content across diverse markets.
Ideal Candidate
- Preferred university degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Has at least seven years of automotive industry experience, including a significant retail Sales management role with a premium brand.
- Demonstrate adeptness in stakeholder discussions, analysis, and impactful influence.
- Showcase self-motivation, adaptability under evolving demands, and grace under pressure.
- Lead assertively, inspire teams, and drive transformative change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Salary and Benefits
