Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Currently employed as a Regional Sales Manager or Retail General Sales Manager, with a minimum of 5–7 years’ experience.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of translating market insights into actionable business plans.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience motivating teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Degree-qualified.
- Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving tangible business growth.
