Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focused on ensuring customers are met with a focus upon the customer being given an entire 360 sales approach.
You will contribute to optimising the profitability of the sales department whilst preserving excellent customer relations. Within this remit, you will ensure the successful use of sales processes and efficient enquiry management, taking your customers on a journey from initial welcome to negotiation and close.
The dealership will want you to naturally and curiously interact with customers in the showroom, whilst delivering a great experience, ensuring that their needs are thoroughly and accurately qualified, with their demands and needs fully explored.
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive / Sales Consultant with a premium or luxury automotive brand
Experience in delivering first-class customer service
Excellent communication skills
Drive to exceed targets
Influencing and negotiation skills, ability to identify and close the sale.
