Role Details
We are currently seeking a Sales Director on behalf of our client, an OEM based at their regional offices in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and guiding the dealers within the regional office's market area. They will have a full understanding of managing a P&L, excellent presentation, and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and guide the dealers within the regional office's market area
- Develop a sales strategy for the region
- Monitor and report on the sales performance of the dealers
- Provide sales forecasts and financial reports to the management team
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the company and its products
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience working within a strategic sales leadership position with a vehicle manufacturer
- Excellent communication, presentation and people development skills
- Aged 35 – 45
- Educated to degree level
- A strong understanding of managing P&L
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
Benefits
Base salary USD $151,000 per annum with realistic on-target earnings in excess of $190,000 plus accommodation, company car, business-class annual air ticket, private healthcare, flexible working and career progression.
