An opportunity has become available with a prominent dealer group in the Berkshire area for a Sales Manager. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to work in a fast-paced dealership.
The Role
- Managed new and used car sales teams
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets
- Implement sales strategies to drive sales across new and used cars
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive enquiries
The Candidate
- Proven experience of managing a sales department with a volume automotive brand
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
- Commercially driven with a track record of delivering results
The Package
OTE £70,000 per annum plus a company car, an excellent employee benefits package and ongoing development opportunities
