Service Team Manager, Buckinghamshire
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or Service Team Manager to join a leading automotive retailer. This is a fast-paced, performance driven role with a strong earning potential in a high-performing, customer centric, aftersales environment where results are rewarded.
The Role
This career-enhancing position combines the customer-facing responsibilities of a Service Advisor with elements of workshop control.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a team of three technicians, ensuring effective workshop loading, coordinating workflow, managing customer communications, and delivering an outstanding service experience throughout the customer journey.
Working closely with both customers and the workshop; the role requires a proactive and highly organised individual, capable of balancing operational efficiency with exceptional customer care. A key focus will be maintaining workshop productivity, identifying additional service opportunities, and consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Person
- A Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to service excellence and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in a Service Advisor role
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on results and performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A Full UK driving licence essential

- OTE £45,000+ with top performers exceeding this through performance-based earnings
- 25 Days Annual Leave
- 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
- Saturday mornings: 8:30am-12:30pm (paid at 1.5x overtime)
