Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: South Croydon, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 per annum OTE £34,000 plus excellent company benefits
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's premium brand dealership in Croydon. You will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the dealership, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Book and schedule vehicle servicing appointments through telephone and email
- Greet customers and provide updates on the progress of their vehicle servicing or repair work
- Create customer invoices and provide explanations of the work carried out on their vehicle
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Proactively reschedule appointments for future maintenance and servicing
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately in the dealership management system
Requirements
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively, multitask, and meet deadline
- Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
