A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an independently owned and well-established group for a Service Reception Manager. Based in Canterbury, Kent, the successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and promoting the efficient operation of front of house. If you are Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor looking to take the next step up this will be ideal for you.

You will be managing your own set of customers but will have the added duties of coaching the team, resolving customer complaints, and having a hand in the banking and accounts side of things.
This role in this dealership would be the perfect breeding ground for someone that wants to end up in management in the future.
The Package
They are looking to offer a basic salary between £26,000 – £30,000 with an OTE of £31,000 – £35,000.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm only.
