Role Details
Our client is recruiting a Technical Manager to provide technical advice and guidance to the motor vehicle technicians in the workshop.
You will regularly review technician’s skill levels and identify training and development needs. As mentor to the multi-national technical team you will need to be patient, demonstrating skills to bring the best of the team.
Requirements
- Western (UK or European National) Master Technician
- Prestige and luxury brand Accredited Master Technicians only
- Currently working in a franchised dealership and experience of mentoring technicians
- Excel at explaining and demonstrating how to identify and rectify faults
- Good written and verbal skills
The Package
Annual Salary package of US $63,000 plus car allowance, monthly bonus and expat benefits.
