We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Technician at a renowned technical support centre located near Abingdon. Our client is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team and provide exceptional technical support to their customers.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as an automobile technician, using diagnostic scanning tools or equivalent experience, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers are also required.
In this role, the Technical Support Technician will be responsible for providing information and advice on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to customers via telephone and supported equipment. They will also document all customer interactions within the CRM, work within groups of technicians and software development teams to improve products and services, and provide training support and basic technical support to customers and employees as required.
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary £40,000 per annum plus Benefits
