Our client is seeking a skilled Trade Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Croydon.
You will be a vital link between customers and the business, playing a key role in providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Handle customer sales orders and queries professionally
- Upsell products and services to achieve sales targets
- Escalate issues to senior advisors or management as needed
- Look up and pre-pick customer parts orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls
- Follow company policies in all customer interactions
- Stay updated on products, services, and policies
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skillS
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Experience with data management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, KEYLOOP
The Package
- Basic salary: £27,000 – £28,000 + £35,000 OTE
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm
