Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the bodyshop aftersales team
- Optimise resources and ensure effective parts team operations
- Make strategic decisions to meet business needs
- Review and address KPIs and performance trends
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear development goals
Requirements:
- Experience with in the automotive industry with a focus on parts
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Proven leadership abilities
Package:
- Basic salary: £35,000 + £55,000 OTE
