We are working closely with established, modern, high performing dealership. An opportunity has arisen in their Sales department, where they are looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join their impeccable team.
Based near Croydon, they are looking for a candidate who can continue to build on their existing success and exceed targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Robust understanding of effective sales techniques
- Strong numerical understanding
- Ability to self-motivate
- Coach and mentor sales executives
- Experience as Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Sales Controller
Your Package
A basic salary up to £24,000 with an excellent bonus structure (OTE £50,000 uncapped)
