Role Details
Are you an experienced Warranty Administrator / Controller? Are you working within an automotive franchised dealership or regional office (OEM)?
We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the Aftersales team with our client at their luxury vehicle dealership in Qatar to oversee processes related to warranty work. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams and is crucial to ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
The Role
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty claims
- Achieve all allocated objectives for the department
- Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
- Ensure all dealer and brand policies, practices and statutory legislation are strictly followed
Ideal Candidate
Currently a Warranty Administrator or Controller with a passenger car dealership
and experience of processing and invoicing warranty claims
The Package
Basic salary QR 4,000 – QR 5,000 per month plus bonus and other benefits
