Our clients have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to manage; motivate; lead develop and take the team to new heights.
The Role
Commercial Vehicle experience is essential for this vacancy.
With a focus on customer satisfaction; we are seeking a customer focused; Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager with proven experience of successfully managing a Commercial Sales team across both New & Used.
As retention of skilled colleagues is key to the success of this business; the manager will provide a firm foundation for the team; adopting a unified approach to inspire the team to
work coherently.
Managing and mentoring the team; by continually monitoring, appraising and developing their skillset to achieve optimum results.
Following company and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring optimum stock levels and all vehicles; including demonstrator vehicles on show; are clean and well presented.
The Applicant
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills; with the ability to forge ahead with increasing productivity and performance by energizing the team.
Hours
8.30am-6pm Monday to Saturday; with a daily lunch hour and day off in the week
The Package
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of £45,000 with the opportunity to earn in excess of £65,000 OTE.
You will be welcomed to the team with a specialised Introduction, with continual training and development. In addition, you will, have access to many company benefits; including Life and Health Insurance.
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential for this role; along with a full UK Driving licence.
