What you’ll be doing
- Utilise your expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues with precision and efficiency
- Produce consistently high-quality workmanship, maintaining the dealership’s reputation for excellence
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools to enhance performance
Here’s how the role aligns with your profile
- Experienced Diagnostic or Senior Technician, working in a busy and fast-paced workshop
- Minimum NVQ or IMI Level 3 or equivalent is essential
- Proven experience working in a main dealer or independent garage
- A full driving license is required for the role as you will be moving vehicles around the workshop
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, or compressed hours on a 4-day week, with a Saturday rota of 1 in 4 (8.30 am to 1 pm).
Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of £33,000 to £40,000 per annum and a realistic OTE of £51k to £58k pa. Additional company benefits.
