An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned and accomplished Head of Business to join a reputable automotive group near Dumfries, taking responsibility for several premium passenger car operations across multiple sites. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideally suited to a commercially astute individual with a commanding presence and a track record of success within the automotive retail sector.
As the strategic lead, you will be entrusted to drive performance, influence culture, and enhance standards across the business. The role calls for a people-focused leader who can inspire confidence, establish clarity, and build cohesion across sales, marketing and aftersales teams.
