Our client's great brand dealership in Farnborough has an opportunity to join their workshop team as a Technician. You will find yourself working in an inclusive, friendly, fun team that like to socialise outside of work.
What you’ll be doing
- Utilise your expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues with precision and efficiency
- Produce consistently high-quality workmanship, maintaining the dealership's reputation for excellence
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools to enhance performance
- Minimum NVQ or IMI Level 3 or equivalent is essential
- Proven experience working in a main dealer or independent garage
- A full driving license is required for the role as you will be moving vehicles around the workshop
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of £32,000 to £40,000 per annum and a realistic bonus package available.
