Role Details
An established Insurance Approved Body Repair Centre has a vacancy for an experienced Panel Beater or MET Technician to add to their team in Lincoln.
Working in a well-equipped Bodyshop which has a high volume of insurance approved repair work, you will be working on all makes and models, carrying out work to a high standard.
The Role
- Be able to work on a variety of brands and models
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Operation of body alignment jigs
- Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs
- Ensure perfect panel alignment and finish
- Welding and bonding of vehicle structure
- Work to an extremely high standard
- Carry out work efficiently, ensuring all materials and labour are accurately recorded
The requirements
A.T.A. Senior Panel Technician or N.V.Q. Level 3 or working towards Qualification.
A.T.A. Senior M.E.T. Technician or N.V.Q. Level 3 or working towards Qualification.
Be an experienced Panel Beater with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Bodyshop /accident repair centre
Salary
The Salary for the successful candidate will be dependent upon the experience of each applicant, however ranges from £37,000 to £40,000 Basic, and OTE between £50,000 to £70,000 working Monday to Friday.
