Our client's prestigious brand is based near Merton. They are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. You will be a vital link between customers and the business playing a key role in providing exceptional service and support.
What you’ll be doing
- Utilise specific parts software proficiently to manage inventory and orders
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Communicating with suppliers and procuring parts to fulfil customer orders
- Taking and allocating payments on customer accounts
- Auditing customer records
Here’s how the role aligns with your profile
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor is essential
- Working with computer systems
- Sales experience – both inbound and outbound
- Working within the automotive industry
- Mechanical background advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 plus competitive benefits package
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
