Job Title: Service Advisor, Automotive Dealership
Location: Dartford, Essex
Salary: £31,000 – £38,000+OTE plus company benefits including working Monday to Friday!
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our Client, a passenger car dealership based in Dartford, Essex. Our client has a reputation for providing high-quality service to its customers and is looking for an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the best possible service when they bring their vehicles in for service or repair. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and controlling the warranty claims and processes. Ensuring accuracy and compliance within manufacturer guidelines.
Your role will include supporting the Service department, including dealing with job cards, managing the database and working as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have current, or previous experience, as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry. Applications will also be considered for customer focused individuals, paying attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, to both external customers and the internal Service Department, maintaining the customer contact system.
In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to accurately use the dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS). You will also have knowledge of Service/Warranty.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service, be able to recognise excellence and have good knowledge of automotive brands. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a must, as you will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £31,000 – £38,000 plus benefits. The experienced team will offer support, and advice to develop candidates to the highest level possible.
