Role Details
We are representing a client based in Brixton, South West London who are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead and motivate an established workshop team.
This opportunity will be ideal for someone looking for a work/life balance as it involves working Monday to Friday only.
The Role
Managing a team of 10 Technicians, ensuring the workshop is productive and flowing as efficiently as possible. Monitoring the efficiency of the Technicians, as well as ensuring productivity is being maximised and all materials, equipment and labour resources.
Ideal Candidate
- You will need to have proven leadership; someone the team can aspire to become like. Therefore, experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager is desirable.
- They feel it is all about driving the team to deliver, a big part of this is conducting regular staff reviews. This is something you will need to be familiar with also.
- Someone who is dedicated to getting the job done and willing to the extra mile for the team and customers.
The Package
They will be offering the successful candidate a basic salary between £37,000 – £38,000. You will be working 5 days a week, 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. No weekends.
