The Role
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our client’s welcoming and hospitable service department.
Managing a team of technicians, with a customer focused, first-time fix approach, maintaining and enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines, guiding colleagues on safe working practices and maintaining a safe working environment.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be familiar with working within a similar capacity, at a professional, manufacturer approved workshop, ideally within, or knowledgeable of the workings of a Commercial Vehicle environment.
Will focus on customer service, pay attention to detail, and have proactivity and efficiency at the forefront of your actions.
Rapport building with Technicians and allocating the workload in recognition of the strengths and skills of each team member.
Leading by example, ensuring Health & Safety regulations guidelines are implemented, followed and everyone is accountable for working within a safe working environment.
The package
Basic: £42,000 – £45,000 Dependent upon experience with an additional £5,000 Target driven Bonus
Hours
Hours: 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday & 7am to 12pm Saturday Rota (1 in 4)
