Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of experience as an Aftersales Manager. A Bachelor's Degree is required to facilitate governmental visa approval, and only single status applicants are eligible for this position. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, a passion for driving performance and achieving numerical targets, and proven experience in Aftersales P&L management, budgeting, and effectively managing operational KPIs. Monthly reporting experience and a track record of successfully managing a high-performing aftersales department are essential. Cultural awareness and understanding are crucial as the aftersales team consists of Asian Nationals.
The Package
