An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMW Senior Technician or BMW Master Technician to join a successful and high-performing BMW retailer. This is a great role for a skilled technician seeking a fresh challenge and who is open to relocation to join a premium automotive brand. You will be joining a modern, well-equipped workshop where quality, efficiency, and technical excellence are central to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on BMW vehicles
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work in line with BMW manufacturer standards
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and BMW technical systems to accurately identify and resolve faults
- Support workshop productivity, efficiency, and first-time fix performance
- Provide informal guidance and support to other technicians where required
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all work carried out
- Ensure all work meets BMW quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Stay current with BMW training, systems, and technical updates
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Current experience as a BMW Senior Technician or BMW Master Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability on BMW vehicles
- Experience within a franchised BMW dealership or equivalent premium brand environment
Strong understanding of modern mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems - Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
Desirable
- BMW Master Technician accreditation or equivalent manufacturer qualification
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians
- Hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) qualification or experience
