We are seeking experienced Car Sales Executives on behalf of our client, a leading and well-established passenger car dealership based in Riyadh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join a high-performing team within a respected automotive brand.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, prospecting for new business, and guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle handover. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom enquiries and follow up on leads
- Proactively prospect for new customers and develop repeat business
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
- Work to individual and team sales targets, consistently achieving 15–20 vehicle sales per month
- Ensure a smooth customer journey through all stages of the sales process
- Prepare and present quotations, complete all documentation accurately, and liaise with internal teams as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally within a dealership environment
- Proven track record of consistent performance (15–20 vehicles sold per month)
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Arabic and English language skills are essential
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
