The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our client’s dynamic and customer-focused teams. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to represent some of the world’s fastest-growing automotive brands and be part of a progressive, customer-oriented organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new sales leads and manage existing customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery and beyond

Candidate Requirements

  • Arabic is mandatory
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in automotive sales
  • Current experience with premium automotive brands is essential
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach with high levels of professionalism and integrity
