They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement a cutting-edge digital strategy across the Middle East. The Role
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for delivering a fully integrated digital marketing ecosystem, including online sales platforms, CRM systems, product and pricing data, and other digital enablers. You will oversee all always-on digital activities across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and video advertising, ensuring campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and achieve measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing, optimising, and tracking all regional digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Managing regional websites and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms.
- Designing and maintaining social media activity, ensuring dealer content adheres to brand guidelines and corporate identity.
- Analysing campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets, producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Identifying digital trends, optimising marketing spend, and leveraging insights to improve customer engagement.
- Managing external digital agencies and serving as the go-to authority on digital matters within the region.
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to support high-profile launches and campaigns.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial to the customer journey.
- Supporting aftersales and CRM initiatives as required.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6–8 years’ experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital communications, within the automotive sector.
- Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends) and proven success in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends and best practices.
- Strong project management experience and the ability to influence and guide external entities at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is advantageous).
- Highly analytical, with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative solutions.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work seamlessly as part of an extended team.
