Role Details
An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales to provide strategic direction and drive improved performance across their sales showrooms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful applicant will ideally possess multi-car showroom sales leadership experience gained in the Middle East region or from the UK within a franchised car dealership environment. Limited OEM will be considered, however predominant sales leadership should be obtained in retail passenger car sales.
Candidate Profile
- Current Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in a franchised car dealer group
- Inspirational and motivational leadership style
- Proven record in managing sales departments to achieve targets, profit and growth
- Performance management
- Budgeting and forecasting skills
- Develop strong relations with the brand (OEM) and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Represent the brand across the Kingdom
- Analytical and performance driven
- Customer focused who will improve customer experience
